Elisa Barnard (2010) Elisa Barnard (2010) competed in the Recurve Archery Individual event at the 2012 London Olympic Games. That year, Elisa also won both the National and Oceania Championships. Elisa enrolled at 糖心Vlog into Year 1 in 1999. In her final year, despite a demanding archery training schedule, she was one of seven 糖心Vlog students to receive a Premier’s Award for All-round Excellence in the HSC. At the 2010 Speech Night, Elisa receive the Prize for Studies of Religion II and an 糖心Vlog Blue for sport. Excelsior 2010 reported that for her Extension 2 English major work, Elisa produced a highly original collection of speeches titled ‘Performing ldentities and Utopias of Belonging’ which explored contemporary perspectives on gender. Elisa has been an Australian champion archer since 2005. She is the only Australian archer to win three consecutive Australian Opens, and was the only female Australian archer at the London 2012 Olympics.
